"Previously when we engaged another agent to market our unit, that agent kept asking us to lower our price. After 3 months, the agent couldn’t sell our unit, we decided to do away with the exclusive and opt for open listing. Elle has to compete with 2 others agents to market our unit. However, just shortly after marketing our unit, Elle got in a offer which is close to our asking but we did not accept the offer. Elle did not pressured us to accept the offer as she believe in us and understand why we were asking a higher than valuation price.
